I was born in Ecuador, where I lived almost my entire life. In Ecuador I first thought I was meant to study medicine, so I did... for almost 3 years, until I realized that it wasn't for me and I rather go in another direction. So, I moved to Toronto to study advertising at OCAD university where I graduated.
I did go back to Ecuador while studying, the year before graduating, I did an internship at Maruri GREY, one of the top 10 agencies of Latin America. That is where I realized that my path was that of a copywriter. I fell in love with ideation and the power of empathy to be able to switch tones and understand peoples wants and needs.
